COVID-19 POLICIES
Here at Esthetic Escape, we continue to follow CA State Board of Cosmetology and CDC recommendations on safety and sanitation guidelines. All surfaces, common areas, and shared equipment are properly cleaned and disinfected before and after each client. Frequent hand washing is performed before, during, and after each client and service.
- A mask that covers both your nose and mouth is required upon entering the facility.
- All clients will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entering and for their temperature to be taken.
- If you are feeling Covid-19/cold/flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we will reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 2 weeks out. Your esthetician will also inform you if they are experiencing the above symptoms as well and will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
- If you present to the facility with any of the above symptoms, unfortunately your esthetician will have to stop the service immediately and turn you away.
INQUIRIES
- Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response for any inquiries via email or text message.
- Inquiries will be addressed in the order they are received.
- Responses for inquiries sent after 7:00pm will be addressed the following day.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
- Unfortunately, no additional guests may accompany you to your appointment at this time.
ARRIVING LATE
- A 15-minute grace period is granted at the start of your appointment.
- If you are 15 minutes late, this will be deducted from your service time as your service will still be completed at your scheduled end time -- this allows for proper cleaning and disinfecting in between clients and for the next client to start on time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
- Please let us know ASAP if you know you will be running late to your appointment.
NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS
- Email and/or text message reminders are sent prior to your scheduled appointment to prevent no-call/no-shows.
- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
